4. Phone Number Reassignment and Indemnification

If you plan to change, relinquish, or transfer ownership of the mobile phone number you provided to us, you legally agree to opt out of our messaging program (by texting STOP) prior to ending your service with that number. YOU AGREE TO FULLY INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD RAQHOMES HARMLESS AGAINST ANY LEGAL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, OR DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM YOUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF A PHONE NUMBER CHANGE.

5. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
